User Flows

New Client

If you need to onboard a new user who doesn't have an existing connection with the bank, we provide all the necessary functionalities, such as consents, document verification, presence checks, and optional OTP's, through a secure communication channel.

Client Recovery

This is the flow for cases where you need to onboard an existing user again, for example, if their device is lost or stolen. This process is similar to the standard onboarding process, but some steps can be skipped if necessary.

Re-KYC

This flow is for cases where you only need to refresh the personal documents of an existing user. For example, this would be necessary if a document has expired or has been newly issued.

Authentication Step-Up

Secure your high-value, high-risk transactions with an additional face biometric verification that compares the user's captured face with a trusted image.
