Mobile App Registration
This is a scenario for a known user with a lost or new device.
Similarly to Customer Onboarding, the solution offers all the necessary functionalities, such as consents, document OCR with verification, server-side biometry and optional OTP’s, through a secure communication channel. The difference is that some steps can be skipped if necessary. For example, the bank usually doesn’t need to collect user data or ask users for consent.
